Up and Going

St. Jacob’s Up and Going is the congregational ministry for our Senior citizens.  Up and Going meets on the third Thursday of each month for devotional time, ministry projects, and fellowship.  The annual Apple Run to the mountains of North Carolina is a highlight each year.  One of the popular ministry projects undertaken by Up and Going is the Easter Basket collection and distribution for individuals living in residential facilities and receiving care for Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
